When will we ship your order?
All orders will be shipped the business day after your order has been placed (Monday to Friday), if not backordered or otherwise stated on the product page. If the ordered item can not be shipped the next business day for any unforeseen reasons, we will notify you.
International Shipping (Outside Canada and the U.S.) Please contact us by E-Mail for a quote.
International customers (Outside Canada) will not be charged Sales Tax; however, they may be required to pay import duties on shipped items. The purchaser is responsible for paying import duties from Canada to their country.
If you’re having second thoughts, here’s how to return your product.
1. Ship your Lixht product back to us within 30 days of purchase. Include a copy of your product receipt. Make sure your name and address is correct and easy to read. You must pay for shipping (and associated fees, if any).
2. Returned product(s) must be in original condition—no damage, cannot have been mounted and removed—and in its original packaging.
3. We will give you a full refund on your returned product based on its value at the day of return, providing the product hasn’t been damaged or used. Refund payment will be applied to your credit card or whatever method of payment you used for the original purchase.”
